R&D teams across Roche are developing digital healthcare solutions which hold the potential to transform how treatments and therapies are delivered in Neuroscience and Rare Diseases (NRD). Given the transformative nature of these developments, there is an urgent need to understand the business value for Roche, patients and payers.
Our team is building a high-throughput digital screening platform for the development and targeting of behavioral and combined behavioral and pharmacotherapy interventions in Neuroscience and Rare Diseases (NRD). The focus of this project is to advance our progress by inviting a new and fresh commercial perspective to holistically assess the business value of such a digital solution in NRD and beyond. Bringing together technology innovation and pharma is a key piece in generating sustainability: it speeds up the delivery of solutions to enhance the stakeholder experience and creates an ecosystem where business models are adaptive to changes in society and scientific needs.

Your profile:
- Enrolled in an advanced degree in business (MBA) program or recent completion of MBA program is strongly desired
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in advancing digital technology for healthcare
- Proactive and teamwork oriented attitude
- Previous experience with working in a healthcare/tech environment or consultancy is preferred
