Your program’s highlights
Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in Export Finance and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.
Start date: November 1st 2021or upon agreement
Duration: 18 months
Academic requirements: Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences
Your field of responsibility
Join us and gain an in depth insight into the world of international, long-term Export Finance and Structured Finance.
In this role you support the Client Advisors in the structuring and execution of export finance mandates in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you gather and analyse project information and business plans, prepare credit memos and financial models. You are actively involved in the negotiation of loan documentation with international borrowers and in the project approval process with the Export Credit Agency. You closely cooperate and coordinate with internal stakeholders from Credit Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Private Banking and Investment Banking

Your qualifications and skills

- Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences. We encourage applicants from a broad range of disciplines with some relation to Banking & Finance and Business Administration.
- An enthusiasm for emerging market financing and geo-political interests
- Fluent in German and English; good command of French or any other language would be an asset
- Intercultural awareness and ability to work in an international environment
- The ability to think analytically and flexibly, with a well-developed conceptual and solution-focused mindset
- A willingness to cooperate collaboratively and also to work independently on your own initiative
- A client-focused approach and are a dedicated, self-motivated, trustworthy teammate
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
