Duration: 4-6 months
Academic requirements: Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences
Your field of responsibility
A challenging position in the Advisory & Sales (A&S) Team for Business Area Europe within the Wealth Management division. This is an unusual opportunity to become a trusted facilitator, coordinator and reliable partner for the Relationship Managers and Investment Consultants, working in a dynamic, sales-driven team. You will support book screening efforts with the goal to identify untapped potential in the form of gaps to target asset allocation and switch opportunities, maintain and develop tools, data bases, reporting services and processes for sales steering, establish best-practice process (e.g. BA-wide activity tracking) and supporting content to further drive client acquisition as well as retain clients across BA. You will get the chance to support sales force in a targeted way with the goal to support achievement of revenue objectives and to produce ‘client-ready’ written materials and sales documents and ideally present these in a measured, clear and articulate way.
Your future colleagues
You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team of professionals with experience of between 3 - 20+ years in investment solutions, project management, campaign design and revenue analytics. Our close internal collaboration needed to fulfil the mandate is characterized by a pronounced sense for team spirit. Operating in a context of 3 different sub-teams will allow to gain ample knowledge from colleagues about how to sales manage a large organization and offer exposure to supporting the Head of Advisory & Sales.
