YOUR CHALLENGE

• Senior OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator to provide developments and 3rd Level support to our platform
• Maintain the platform and its infrastructure
• Provide 3rd level support

Be the primary contact for:

• Platform Owner
• BJB Technical Issues and OpenText
• Internal development requests from stakeholders
• Develop stories for our Platform and, as well, Onsite Support, Electronic Workplace, Infrastructure, Networking and Telecom Teams
• Write test cases
• Track Release status together with Release Management

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator
• Strong background in software engineering
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Expertise in ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Spanish and German is a plus
