Your role
Do you value customer contact? Do you easily find access to different characters? Can you explain complicated issues in a simple way? Would you like to take a look behind the scenes of well-known companies and organizations? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- Maintaining close contact with our customers and on-site visits
- Preparation and follow-up of customer meetings and customer events
- Introduction to the entire day-to-day business of the client advisor as well as their administrative support
- Assisting the client advisor in the analysis of financial statements, in the review of loan applications and annual loan templates
- Solution-oriented cooperation with product and specialist specialists from within and outside the Corporate & Real Estate Banking Switzerland division
- Creation of professional presentations to support the consultant’s strategic dialogue with our clients
- Support in the preparation of strategic transactions / corporate finance
- Support in projects (coordination and analysis activities)
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Corporate & Real Estate team in the region of Bern. We are a diverse and friendly team that will support your future career into the right direction!
Your expertise
You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in economics, finance or business administration
- Interest in the financial sector as well as preferably initial experience through an internship in the finance or banking sector (basic knowledge of real estate and corporate finance as well as corporate finance desirable)
- Strong customer orientation, openness, communication skills, good team spirit, confident demeanor, quick comprehension, initiative and a wide range of interests
- Good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good language skills in German and English

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You are directly involved in the day-to-day business,
work together with experts and gain valuable experience about our activities.
In addition to on-the-job learning, you will receive training on the financial markets, our products and other topics of our core business.
Your GTP program will consist of one main assignment (at least 6 months) in corporate banking and/or construction & real estate Bern and two or three rotations in the related business areas (e.g. in the area of corporate finance, credit risk, etc.). The organization of the rotations will be done in coordination with your supervisor.
