Your role
Are you a proactive and aspiring individual with an interest in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and technical support?
Join our dynamic team as an Intern in the RPA Central L2 Platform Support team based in Zurich, Switzerland. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience with tools like Automation Anywhere, contribute to the support and maintenance of our RPA platform, and work alongside professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- acquire foundational knowledge of Robotics Process Automation and Automation Anywhere products
- participate in training sessions to understand the administration and support of Automation Anywhere Control Room, BotAgent, and robot code development
- assist the team in providing technical support for the RPA platform across various technical domains
- learn to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues under the guidance of experienced team members
- contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation related to Automation Anywhere products and processes
- collaborate with team members to document workarounds for known errors and support process improvements
- engage with team members in India and Switzerland to build a collaborative environment.
- actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance your understanding of RPA and technical support processes.

The team is based in Poland, India and Switzerland.

Your expertise
You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you are / have:
- currently pursuing or recently obtained a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- basic understanding of IT concepts and principles
- strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
- effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, HTML/JavaScript)
- exposure to cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, would be a plus
