Your role
Do you like to be in contact with people? Do you love to help develop ideas and implement them? We’re looking for someone like that to:
Support of the Regional Director and Head of Corporate & Real Estate Central Switzerland in the conception and implementation of market analyses, preparation of reports as well as the development of proposals and measures to enable sustainable growth in our business area, whereby you can and should contribute and implement your own ideas
- Initiating, accompanying and evaluating market development
- Conception, preparation, accompaniment and follow-up of management meetings and internal events
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in a customer meeting, to experience the preparation and follow-up, including the preparation of professional documents for the interview
Internship

Your team
The Corporate & Real Estate division in Central Switzerland comprises the Corporate Clients and Construction & Real Estate segments and serves small, medium-sized and large companies. You will work in the Business, Sales and Risk Management department in Lucerne and Zug. Together with the regional management and the representatives from the market areas, we are actively developing this business area. You will gain a very versatile insight into how customer service for corporate clients is conducted, where the challenges lie and how these challenges are responded to.
Your expertise
You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative and a wide range of interests
- Strong customer orientation, confident appearance and well-groomed manners
- Initial practical experience in the field of economics, banking or finance is an advantage
- Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Very good language skills in German and English
However, we would also like to see evidence that you have:
- Structured way of working, safe independent work
- Ability to keep track of multiple tasks at the same time
- Good team spirit, openness, flexibility and cooperation
