We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Personal & Corporate Client division.
You’ll get to:
- Generating ideas for process optimization and improvement
- Analyzing and documenting processes
- Facilitating scrum ceremonies and monitoring projects
Your team
You will work in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Process Optimization & Automation. This program is part of the Products, Channels & Marketing (PCM) division of UBS Switzerland and drives digitization and end-to-end automation projects. These include front-to-back process automation through the deployment of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), and other cutting-edge technologies.
You will join the Product Managers chapter, which is responsible for the successful delivery of automation projects.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- has excellent English (written and oral)
- a good understanding of internal banking processes and some experience in project and/or process management
- advanced computer skills (especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel) and a willingness to learn new skills, tools, and methodologies in process automation and agile delivery
- a strong interest in process improvement and an understanding of RPA, AI, ML, and data visualization tools
- a flexible, open-minded, and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- a creative, analytical mind and problem-solving skills
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
