Your role

• Data Export, Cleaning & Analysis: Extract and prepare operational data from aftermarket services to derive meaningful insights and inform strategic actions.
• Reporting & Visualization: Build reports and compelling visualizations (graphs, dashboards) to highlight trends and improvement opportunities in MRO operations.
• Tool Enhancement & Automation: Utilize Salesforce, SharePoint, and Excel VBA to create, refine, and automate tools that streamline team workflows and increase productivity.
• Work closely with team members to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and tailor tools and analyses to meet those needs.
• Engage in a dynamic mix of data work, tool development, and cross-functional collaboration to help make processes smoother and more efficient.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in a business-related field such as Business systems, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, VBA experience is highly desirable
• Familiarity or interest in working with Salesforce and SharePoint
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to solve problems
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., German or French) are a plus
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
