You’ll join the Operating Office team within Advisory & Sales (Corporate) in Zurich. We act as the central hub for strategic and operational topics, working closely with senior management and client-facing teams. You’ll be surrounded by colleagues who are passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, and who will help you grow both personally and professionally.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
  • has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
  • is fluent in German and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
  • is digitally savvy with a passion for using technology to make work smarter and more efficient
  • has experience with Excel or does at least know how to use AI to automate repots and processes
  • is curious, proactive and not afraid to challenge how things are done
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Start date: June 1st, 2026

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or stepped out of your comfort zone to learn about a subject you found challenging? Let us know how your achievements match the skills we’re after.

Your program

This paid internship will last 3 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
