We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Supply Chain Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

• contribute to Supply Chain initiatives that support business objectives and deliver commercial value
• work with a range of stakeholders across Supply Chain and the wider business to support strategic priorities and day-to-day operations
• assist with the coordination of projects, communications and continuous improvement activities
• analyze data and processes to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement
• support activities relating to sourcing, supplier management, sustainability, risk management and operational effectiveness, depending on business needs
• build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• develop an understanding of market dynamics, commercial drivers and industry best practices.
• contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, innovation, sustainability and the overall customer experience.

Your team

You will be working in UBS Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC) in our Zurich offices. Our function is part of Group Human Resources & Corporate Services within Group Functions and supports UBS by driving UBS’s real estate, global procurement and PropTech strategy as well as all related services globally (e.g. facility management). We identify and deliver sourcing opportunities that provide optimal value and drive digitalization through our platforms. We support UBS with its third party vendor management as well as with its Real Estate and Outsourcing footprint. We are responsible for driving UBS sustainability strategy for our own operations. We manage the Strategic Delivery Locations globally - comprising UBS and vendor operated delivery sites from which offshored and outsourced services are provided to the rest of UBS.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• is a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has no more than two years of full-time work experience
• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in supply chain management, economics, business administration, business analytics or data driven studies
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• has sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• has a structured work style, confident working autonomously
• has excellent English skills

Start date: 1 February 2027

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge in banking. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
