Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Transferring Money / Payments Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

• support the Payment crew in analyzing market trends in the payment industry
• manage and support project implementation within an agile working environment
• collaborate with subject matter experts to assess and propose new business opportunities in the payments area
  define and drive sales initiatives for payment products

Your team

You’ll be working in the Payments crew in Zurich. We drive the payment product development lifecycle - from analyzing industry trends all the way through product development and product sales. Drive, motivation and a curious mindset are key values in our team.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• is a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• is a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• has an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
• has good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• has the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
• has a good command of Microsoft Word and Excel
• has excellent German and English

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge in banking. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
