About the Role

Help clients connect their business goals with opportunities to use AI. In the AI Strategy team, you will contribute to strategies, use cases, operating models and roadmaps that help clients make informed choices about AI adoption. You will work with business stakeholders and technical colleagues to turn strategic priorities into actionable plans, while developing your AI strategy consulting skills through client work.

How you can make an impact

Work with clients to structure business priorities into an AI strategy aligned with their vision, market position and operational needs.
Translate business goals into AI use cases, requirements and implementation roadmaps, working with business and technical colleagues to test how ideas can be delivered.
Contribute to client discussions on AI adoption, governance, ethical considerations and risk management in the context of their objectives.
Support cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagement, helping teams develop a shared understanding of strategic choices and delivery needs.
Build client relationships through project delivery and contribute to proposals, strategic AI opportunities and related thought leadership.

What you bring to succeed

You can structure varied inputs into coherent AI strategies, use cases and recommendations, and explain complex AI concepts in business terms.
You can collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, including helping to align different perspectives in workshops.
You understand the fundamentals of AI technologies, data analytics and digital transformation, including the strategic implications of AI risks, ethics and regulation.
You have initial relevant experience in consulting, technology or industry work involving AI-driven business initiatives, and can manage multiple priorities with guidance from senior colleagues.
You are fluent in English and can create clear strategic documents and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

What sets you apart (optional)

Familiarity with AI use cases, data platforms or large language models can help you assess emerging options with clients.
A background in business analysis or technology, or exposure to management consulting, adds perspective to strategy projects.
German or French proficiency can help you engage with local clients and colleagues.
Experience in banking, insurance, life sciences, healthcare or another regulated industry can help you understand sector-specific opportunities and constraints.

Your team

You will work within a diverse, multinational AI & Data team of more than 60 people based in Zurich and Geneva. The team helps clients structure, source, transform, store and use data, with AI Strategy work connecting business priorities to AI adoption. You will collaborate with colleagues across varied client projects and develop through training, mentoring and learning on the job. The advertised position is based in Zurich.
