- Advise executives and operational teams to solve their most complex IT and business challenges

Who are we looking for?
Must-Have:
- Is interested to do ServiceNow Consulting and studied Information Systems Management
- Fluent German and Englisch - You communicate confidently with German-speaking clients but also with international Clients
- Functional expertise - You understand business requirements and can translate them into ServiceNow “language”
- Business Analyst mindset - You think in processes, not just features
- Nice-to-Have (but very welcome):
- IT understanding - You know IT processes, ITIL fundamentals, or IT Service Management
- Consulting experience - You have already worked on client projects or in consulting environments
- 1-3 years of practical experience with ServiceNow (ideally in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or Workflow modules) or similar automation platforms
- Certifications - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Administrator
