The Opportunity
You will be joining the Roche Healthcare Consulting (RHC) team within the Global Marketing & Customer Insights organisation. We are an agile, multi-disciplined team of consultants working at the centre of the business focused on driving healthcare transformation at scale. We design and deliver high profile projects with internal partners, including product lifecycle managers, sales and consulting leaders within Roche affiliates, and external partners, including clinical and laboratory leaders in health systems worldwide. These projects range from supporting the global adoption and implementation of new clinical pathways, delivering strategic insights to health care providers to understand how to improve the productivity and quality of care for patients, and providing economic evidence which help Roche and our customers understand the value and impact of innovations.
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, with recommended attendance onsite 3 days per week (hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication Planning
- Communication Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing comprehensive internal and external communication strategies to drive the scaling of key RHC initiatives (e.g.Disease Management Consulting (DMC) and Total Value of Partnership (TVP) programs).
- Events and Congress Strategy Support: Assist in developing the RHC events and congress strategy
- Content Calendar Management: Maintain and oversee the team’s communication roadmap, ensuring a steady, strategic cadence of updates and announcements.
Asset Creation & Awareness Campaigns
- Content Development: Design and produce high-quality communication assets, including newsletters, articles, case studies, presentations, videos and more..
- Impact Storytelling: Turn complex consulting projects and data into compelling narratives that showcase tangible impact on healthcare systems and patient outcomes.
- Campaign Execution: Launch and monitor internal and external campaigns to elevate RHC’s visibility among key leadership, cross-functional teams, and core customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment
- Inter-Chapter Liaison: Work with other sub-chapters/chapters within Marketing & Customer Insights (M&CI) to ensure all messaging aligns with broader organizational goals.
Who You Are
Education & Experience

Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior Experience: Previous internship or project experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, or content creation is highly desirable (healthcare or consulting exposure is a major plus).

Exceptional Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical healthcare consulting concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand stories.
- Digital & Creative Savvy: Proficiency with content creation tools and internal collaboration platforms

Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Project Management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Technical details:
- The preferred start date for the internship is October 2026 for a duration of at least 6 months.
- Part-time employment is not possible.
- It is possible to write a thesis during the internship.
