- Conduct and support audits of consolidated and annual financial statements under IFRS and Swiss accounting standards, both on-site at client premises and within a flexible hybrid work environment
- Analyze and assess business processes and workflows for our national and international clients, gaining deep insights into the insurance industry

This is what makes you successful
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or a related field, or a Swiss Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services / Finance and Accounting
- First work experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus
- Highly organized personality with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong ability to work independently, with solid analytical skills to evaluate information and make informed judgments
- Resilient, proactive, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude towards solving complex problems and addressing client needs
- Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive approach to developing new skills and embracing innovative technologies in auditing
- Excellent German and English skills are mandatory and advanced French skills will be a strong asset
