Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Graduate Talent Program within the Agile Delivery Organization Stream Be a Client in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

• support strategic initiatives that enhance client onboarding, servicing and self-service capabilities
• support the evolution of client static data and AI-driven data capabilities to improve data quality, automation and client experience
• collaborate with business, technology and product teams to deliver innovative solutions for our clients
• analyze client behavior, digital adoption and market trends to generate actionable insights
• contribute to the design and rollout of new digital capabilities and client experiences
• build a strong network across UBS while gaining exposure to digital transformation, agile ways of working and strategic initiatives across the bank

Your team

You’ll be working in the Be a Client Stream within the Agile Delivery Organization of UBS. Our vision is to make client interactions as convenient as possible from the very first touchpoint through the entire client lifecycle, delivering experiences that are seamless, fast and scalable.

You’ll join a diverse and international team working across business, technology and product functions to deliver client-focused solutions and globally available capabilities at UBS. Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• is a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has no more than two years of full-time work experience
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• has excellent English skills; German is a plus
• can evidence how responsible and effective use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• has a genuine interest in digital transformation, self-service capabilities and client experience, and is eager to contribute to innovative solutions that make client interactions seamless, fast and scalable

Start date: 1 February 2027

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of personal and corporate banking. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
