This event is an opportunity for all members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies thereof to learn more about McKinsey and meet our GLAM community (the McKinsey LGBTQ+ network). Whether you are located close to Geneva or Zurich, join us in our offices for an in-person gathering including a presentation from some of our GLAM members, a panel discussion and informal networking opportunity.

Who this event is for: We invite students and recent graduates in Switzerland who self-identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community or LGBTQ+ ally to register.

This event is organized by McKinsey Switzerland in our two offices in Geneva and Zurich

Application information: Spaces are limited in our office locations so registration to this event operates as a first come - first served basis. Register to save up your space, and no later than Sunday, April 23!

What to expect: This event will give you an overview of McKinsey and share how diversity is a cornerstone of our culture. Additionally, there will be an introduction to our GLAM network, an opportunity to ask all your questions to consultants in a panel discussion, and network with participants and consultants alike. You will be given the opportunity to send us the questions you would like us to bring up in the panel before the session.
