Your role
Do you have a passion for technology and have strong analytical skills? Do you enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders from various segments across the bank with focus on credit financing?
We’re looking for someone like that to:
- maintain and update project management reporting tools
- create and maintain documentation for projects, including risk tracking, action logs and project deliverables
- manage and control financials (forecasts, actuals, invoices)
- perform quality assurance on received data inputs based on given guidelines
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Credit Processing team (stream Obtain and Maintain Financing) in Wealth Management, Personal and Corporate Banking and develop your skills and network. We develop and maintain amazing client journeys to meet client needs regarding various sources of credit financing, through the design of F2B processes, competitive product shelf and pricing capabilities. This translates to adequate product positioning and good client adoption. By replacing our monolithic application landscape we build modern e2e workflows which bring processing efficiency to a new level.
Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics and/or IT.
In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
