How you’ll make an impact

  • Support various people development projects in Site Service and HR
  • Help develop career paths for Field Service & Engineering roles
  • Analyze working conditions of field staff and suggest improvements
  • Create, monitor, and evaluate employee surveys
  • Organize skip-level conversation events with field employees
  • Conduct benchmarks on working conditions in the industry
  • Get involved in daily operations in HR and Site Service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, product management, technical sales, business development, training) on impactful projects

Your background

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, energy and environmental technology, mechanical engineering
  • Strong interest in HR topics and people development
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
  • Confident in using MS Office tools for daily tasks
  • Work style is independent, structured, and reliable
