- Support various people development projects in Site Service and HR
- Help develop career paths for Field Service & Engineering roles
- Analyze working conditions of field staff and suggest improvements
- Create, monitor, and evaluate employee surveys
- Organize skip-level conversation events with field employees
- Conduct benchmarks on working conditions in the industry
- Get involved in daily operations in HR and Site Service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, product management, technical sales, business development, training) on impactful projects
Your background
- Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, energy and environmental technology, mechanical engineering
- Strong interest in HR topics and people development
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
- Confident in using MS Office tools for daily tasks
- Work style is independent, structured, and reliable
