The opportunity

Are you passionate about semiconductors and eager to gain hands-on experience in industry?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern for six months to join our dynamic team. As a Defectivity Engineering Working Student, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to ensuring the highest standards of our semiconductor product quality..

How you’ll make an impact

  • Assist in identifying optical defects through non-destructive optical inspection
  • Support defectivity projects through data analysis and reporting on optical yield of our products
  • Support regular maintenance of baseline and Pareto reporting systems
  • Optimize and improve defect portfolio for various products
  • Coordinate with various departments to correlate optical defects with equipment used in manufacturing process

Your background

  • Ongoing studies in Materials Science, Engineering, Physics, or any other related study
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and persistence
  • Fluency in English, German language skills a plus
  • Hands-on mentality and comfort working in a manufacturing environment
