Your role

Are you a focused, flexible, self-dependent and highly motivated person that likes to support front units and segment management to get full transparency on how the business is developing? Can you think ahead and collaborate with others to get things done? You’ll get to:

  • Monitor and track performance of our segment and provide regular updates for senior management
  • Analyze the development of several initiatives and synthesize the findings to generate high-value insights for the organization
  • Actively interact with different stakeholders (e.g. delivery organization, IT and other segments) while ensuring close alignment
  • Drive the evolution of our management reporting landscape into automated solutions (e.g. PowerBI)

Your team

You will be joining the Operating Office of the Client Solutions Switzerland (CSS) department, which is part of the Personal Banking division at UBS. As the Business Technology & Reporting Team, we are responsible for shaping the technology roadmap of CSS in close collaboration with the agile delivery organization. We also provide comprehensive reporting capabilities to efficiently manage the department. Your role will be crucial in smoothly coordinating administrative operations, driving the evolution of our services, and ensuring the highest transparency in our business performance.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
  • has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
  • is fluent in German and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
  • has a proactive personality that is keen to learn and grow
  • has an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
  • has sharp analytical and problem-solving skills - ideally experience in PowerBI and / or SQL writing
  • has technical affinity and passion for the digitalization of client solutions

Your program

This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
