Interested in working in finance, specifically to support institutional clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Corporate & Institutional Clients business in Lausanne.

You’ll get to:

• support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits
• maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

You’ll be working in our Corporate & Institutional Clients team in Lausanne. We’re responsible for institutional clients, such as pension funds and insurance companies, providing tailored solutions and support to meet their needs.

Ce que nous souhaitons

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• is fluent in French and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• possesses ideally some knowledge of the local Romandie economic ecosystem and corporate landscape

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or stepped out of your comfort zone to learn about a subject you found challenging? Let us know how your achievements match the skills we’re after.

Duration: 6 months

This paid internship will last 6 months, where you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
