Join our Advisory Graduate Programme (AGP) and accelerate your career in top-tier consulting. This structured 24-month curriculum offers a unique opportunity to rotate through four distinct service areas, providing you with a holistic view of the business landscape before you specialize.
The Technology Consulting domain focuses on digital transformation, system implementation and data-driven solutions.
Upon successful completion of the programme, you will transition into a permanent Consultant role, aligned with your strengths and long-term career aspirations.
Your Impact
- Gather and analyze business and technology requirements and define clear functional and technical specifications.
- Advise CIOs / CTOs and IT Leadership and their teams in designing and implementing projects to solve the biggest challenges of their IT organization.
- Design data-driven and AI-enabled solutions aligned with client needs and industry challenges.
- Apply AI, machine learning, and data science methods to improve solution quality.
- Communicate gathered insights to stakeholders and support transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with users, developers, and project teams to ensure effective implementation.

Your Skill Set
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar field.
- Up to one year of experience in technology-related roles such as internships or entry-level positions.
- Ideally proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or comparable programming languages.
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Visio advantageous.
- Very good analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proactive attitude.
- High level of motivation, resourcefulness and the ability to perform effectively in dynamic, collaborative and deadline-driven transaction environments.
- Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
