This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team with highly skilled IT professionals. This Team ensures IT Services for our People & Culture Business Unit. Our Services enterprise-scale end-user impact, are adequately crafted, rigorously tested and efficiently transitioned during the design phase prior to releasing the service into production. In addition, we ensure that the affected Users, Service Desk and IT Organisations across the Globe are adequately equipped with the right information to deliver world-class support.

As a team member, you support our team of senior specialists in their projects. Furthermore, you work to help us improve our approach by experimenting and crafting templates (among others) for our relevant activities, which summarize as follows.

  • Identify associated communication and training needs.
  • Support with the definition and refinement of communication plans.
  • Help define and “translate” key messages for the intended audience (turning IT jargon and technical details into clear and simple terms).
  • Plan and develop engaging content for a large variety of communication channels (email, Google+, internal websites, meetings, events and more).
  • Assist in the design and production of communication and training deliverables (text, graphics, video, …).

We are looking for an intern preferably about to conclude their Master’s Degree in PR, Communication or related field. Here is what we’re looking for:

  • Great teammate and ability to work in a virtual team
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with Graphical Design tools is an advantage
  • Experience in Web Design / Web Development is required
  • Excellent organizational skills and documentation skills
  • Problem-solving mentality
  • Proven presentation skills and training skills
  • Proficient English, Spanish and/or German is an advantage

The preferred start date of the internship is November 2020 or upon availability. Please clearly indicate your preferred starting date and duration of the internship (preferably 12 months) on your motivation letter. Applications need to include a CV and a motivation letter both merged in one document.

Due to regulations non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application documents.
