Your role

Are you a multitasker? Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of tasks?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

• coordinate and execute various activities of the EMEA Integration Office PMO
• support project reporting, planning, budgeting, milestones management, risks and issue management
• co-ordinate across working groups and locations
• oversee deliverables management covering topics across the integration lifecycle
• support preparation and documentation of main meetings and stakeholder updates
• organize team meetings and workshops

Your team

You’ll be working in the EMEA Integration team in Zurich. We are a global team in the Wealth Management COO area composed of members working from Zurich, London, Milan, Luxembourg, and the middle East. We strongly value teamwork and a Can-Do attitude. We work solution-oriented through pragmatic approaches to be able to drive the required transformation.

Your expertise

You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• an interest in project management
• very good organizational and time-management skills
• very good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
• a gift for using numerical analysis, statistics and financial mathematics to solve practical problems
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• excellent English (written and oral), (German or Italian considered an asset)
