Your role

Do you want to be an enabler to further grow the Global Family & Institutional Wealth Europe International franchise? Are you a strong communicator and analytical thinker?

This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated intern with a “can-do” attitude and strong interest in new technologies, growth markets and high-end private banking to:

  • proactively support the market management team and our front teams
  • support and coordinate all marketing activities
  • draw business relevant conclusions from analyses of revenues and sales results, client data to support the improved understanding or the market and improvement possibilities
  • collaborate with different functions in the bank
  • engage in market projects - support in the conceptual development and execution of projects and strategic initiatives, prepare reporting to market management, support in follow-up actions and tracking
  • support client advisors and client advisor assistants in delivering exceptional client service and experience

Internship
Our 6-12 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Business Management and Development team covering Global Family & Institutional Wealth Europe International out of our Zürich office. We play a key role to ensure quality and support the success of the market. The team is involved in most topics relevant to the market ranging from strategy development to smooth operations and stakeholder management.

Your expertise

You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • an autonomous, proactive, diligent and detail-oriented work style, even when under pressure
  • high flexibility, the ability to prioritize and work on several tasks at the same time
  • good communication skills, you’re comfortable on interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • high motivation and determination to go the extra mile
  • a good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • fluency in English (written and oral); good knowledge in German
