The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support the development of production processes
  • Contribute to efficiency and quality improvement projects
  • Independently manage small investment projects
  • Assist in strategic investment initiatives
  • Conduct process trials and analyses
  • Apply project management methods to technical projects

Your background

  • Ongoing or completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical or industrial engineering, materials science) or completed apprenticeship as polymechanic with further education
  • Interest in production processes and technical optimization
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Strong team spirit
  • Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
