- Support the development of production processes
- Contribute to efficiency and quality improvement projects
- Independently manage small investment projects
- Assist in strategic investment initiatives
- Conduct process trials and analyses
- Apply project management methods to technical projects
Your background
- Ongoing or completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical or industrial engineering, materials science) or completed apprenticeship as polymechanic with further education
- Interest in production processes and technical optimization
- Independent and structured working style
- Strong team spirit
- Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
