The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact
- Record and enter invoices, keeping accounting data up to date
- Prepare documents for incoming orders including VAT and customs forms
- Monitor payments and update accounting records regularly
- Send reminders and initiate collection processes if needed
- Check, archive, and store various administrative documents
- Prepare reports, minutes, and correspondence from notes or recordings
- Respond to mail and confirm orders professionally
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks
Your background
- Strong interest in finance, administration, and structured work processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting software
- Comfortable communicating in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in daily tasks
- Enjoy working in a multicultural and collaborative environment
