Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in crunching data, planning, coordinating and managing deliverables, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Technology Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
- first gain brief insights in our production areas for natural person and legal entity clients onboarding and data maintenance to get a basic understanding of how our organization ticks
- use this knowledge to support CDH Change Management by providing data driven process improvement ideas
- support the change by actively contributing in business analysis for the aspired changes
support the Head of CDH Service Management and the team in their daily chores, like e.g. CDH performance and volume reporting, Quality & Stakeholder Management
Your team
You’ll be working in the GOTO - XDO - Client Document Hub Service Management team located in Zürich, Schaffhausen and Biel. We are an including and professional team, willing to go the extra mile with a clear focus on our priorities.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- know-how gained from experience (or internship) in data analysis, modelling and visualization or similar
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
