Interested in working in financial services, specifically learning about real estate valuation in Switzerland? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Group Risk Control GraduateTalent Program.
You’ll get to:
- review documentation for real estate and development projects and participate site visits of non-standard objects (including luxury houses)
- assess a range of real estate assets using recognized valuation methods while adhering to the UBS framework
- monitor and analyze real estate market trends in regions such as Schweizer Mittelland, Nordwestschweiz, and Innerschweiz.
- join interdisciplinary teams projects, in the context of important national transactions and provide advice to internal partners, including client advisors and risk officers
Your team
You’ll be working in Group Risk Control located in Gümligen. The Real Estate Valuation Center in UBS is becoming one of the biggest and most relevant players in the Swiss Real Estate Valuation market. In our team, collaboration is key. As much as there are no two identical buildings, there is no “standardized expert”. The team values collaboration and includes professionals with diverse educational backgrounds—such as architecture, construction, economics, and banking—with specializations in real estate valuation.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- possess effective communication skills and be comfortable interacting with colleagues at different levels
- shows interest in the Swiss real estate markets; knowledge of valuation methods is desirable
- demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- displays a structured, self-initiated approach to work
- has excellent German (written and oral), fluency in English preferred
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of global markets. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
