Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- support client advisors and sales force in their daily work - including preparing client meetings, pitches and events
- contribute to product management and project activities within Securities Banks, including analysis, documentation, and coordination tasks
- help management with data analytics, strategic project tracking and reporting
- gain an end-to-end view of the value chain - from client servicing to product and project delivery - while developing strong organizational and communication skills
- build an understanding of the custody services for banks clients, our industry, culture, and strategy
Your team
You’ll be working in our Securities Banks team within the International & Multinational Banking business, receiving on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced professionals in a collaborative and dynamic international environment.
We deliver first-class securities solutions supporting both domestic and global banks. Our product offering includes tailored solutions across custody, clearing, settlement, and connectivity. We help our clients optimize their post-trade processes and navigate regulatory requirements through innovative and scalable products, both in Switzerland and abroad.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
- has a strong proficiency MS Office and other collaboration tools
- is structured, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- brings curiosity, an eagerness to learn a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude
- has an interest in both client servicing and project- / product-related activities in the financial industry
- shares our values: hardworking, trustworthy, collaborative, and committed to excellence

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
