Your role

Interested in financial services and passionate about planning, budgeting, coordination, and event delivery, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

  • support business managers to manage vendors and contracts, and to develop, coordinate, and evaluate business strategies
  • support budgeting and forecasting processes by consolidating data and analyzing variances
  • support planning and execution of organizational events (e.g., town halls and team events)
  • coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection etc
  • support leadership team to manage product portfolios
  • gain hands-on experience in crafting impactful communications, from monthly newsletters to technical release announcements driving engagement and clarity across teams
  • explore how AI can boost efficiency in business management while gaining hands-on exposure to topics that match your interests
  • understand and experience agile ways of working and delivery
    an opportunity to lead ad hoc projects and take ownership of key administrative tasks that contribute directly to business continuity and operational success

Your team

You’ll be working in GOTO Group Emerging Technology team in Zurich primarily focusing on business-related services to support technological advancements aligned with AI initiatives, with a clear mandate to drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
  • has proficiency in Microsoft Office like PowerPoint, excel
  • has strong organizational and multitasking skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.

Start date: 1st February 2026

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
