The Position
Our mission is to accelerate the delivery of innovative diagnostic solutions, ensuring our patients and customers get the care they need faster. We are an AI initiative dedicated to achieving this by drastically reducing the time spent on manual document review.
We are building AI-assisted solutions and harmonizing processes to empower our teams to focus on high-value work and ultimately transform how we bring new solutions to market.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our AI-assisted review and Checklist squads. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment at the intersection of project management, technology, and change management. You will work alongside experienced squad leads, product owners, and technical experts to support the full project lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and adoption.
The Opportunity
- Project Coordination: Assist with day-to-day project management tasks, including tracking project timelines, managing key deliverables, and updating project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure timely completion.
- Stakeholder Communication: Support communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including drafting status reports, compiling progress updates, and responding to inquiries.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, user requirements, and training materials. Assist in creating presentations and visuals for project updates and engagement.
- Change Management: Aid in change management activities by supporting the development of user guides, FAQs, and other materials to facilitate the adoption of new solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and propose opportunities to improve project management workflows and processes within the team.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or you finished your studies 12 months prior to the internship start date)
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management principles or methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, sheets, docs) and willingness to learn new tools such as Notebook LM, Gemini and more.
- A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
