Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

• build an understanding of the Asset Servicing industry as well as our culture, and strategy
• support our client advisor and solution experts in their day-to-day work, including preparing for sales and client reviews, designing customized solutions and executing transactions
• coordinate client projects with various stakeholders and acquire know how in business development

Your team

You’ll be working in our Institutional Clients & Global Asset Servicing team. We serve institutional clients in Switzerland and professional wealth management clients across regions. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions spanning from global custody to private labelled funds as well as multi-bank investment analytics.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• is fluent in German and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
