Your role

Interested in working with financial data, risk and acting as the first line of defense in safeguarding our business? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Internship Program within Group Risk Control.

You’ll get to:
⦁ support coordination and documentation activities, including preparing management information, maintaining governance materials, and assisting with reporting packages
⦁ help with data collection and analysis for distressed asset assessments, IFRS 9 reporting inputs, and other risk‑related workflows under guidance from senior team members
⦁ assist in operational and administrative tasks, such as process tracking, issue follow‑ups, project support, and facilitating information flow between stakeholders.

Your team

You’ll be working in Group Risk Control located in Zurich. The team is responsible for identifying, assessing, advising, monitoring and reporting for financial risks, including credit and market risk.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
