Your role
Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically within lending, investing and borrowing, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Financial Intermediaries business in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- work closely with our client advisors to gain insight and work on projects with multiple stakeholders across the business
- support the client advisors in their daily business, including administrative and service-oriented tasks
- have telephone (and personal) contact with clients and handle specific client orders and inquiries, such as preparing account opening documents, processing fiduciary and fixed-term deposits, foreign exchange transactions, payment orders, account closures, etc.
- act as central point of contact between the client, back office, and various specialist departments. In doing so, you will get to know and apply the broad product range of Global Wealth Management
Your team
You’ll be working in the Global Financial Intermediaries team. We passionately serve (large) external asset managers located in Switzerland. Our goal is to be the partner bank of choice in the Swiss financial market. We place great value on efficient and consistently competent service. We look forward to offering you an interesting and exciting Internship spot in an environment where you can expand and strengthen your skills and knowledge.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- is fluent in German and has a good command of English, both written and spoken
Start Date: 1st July 2026
We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or stepped out of your comfort zone to learn about a subject you found challenging? Let us know how your achievements match the skills we’re after.
Your program
This paid internship will last three to six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
