Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world’s top financial institutions?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management Marketing.
You’ll get to:
- plan, develop, and execute global events across several key themes
- incorporate innovative elements into existing content and platforms
- source, design, develop, and produce event and conference materials
- set up digital event microsites for the online event experience, using and acquiring knowledge of our internal event platform
- manage reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- contribute to events and venue research
- support various team members on ongoing and upcoming projects
- collaborate with different teams on strategic projects to improve our client experience and drive engagement
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
- learn how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders
- develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts
- attend educational events led by senior leaders, providing extensive exposure and insight into the business
Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zurich, where we create best-in-class, unique, and carefully tailored global events and activate our global partnership contracts for our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients and their next generation.
You’ll work alongside some of the best talents in the industry as we help manage, preserve, and grow our clients’ wealth. Our event portfolio ranges from thought leadership to passion-driven and cultural themes—all designed to provide insights, education, entertainment, access, and networking opportunities to our clients and offering exciting opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- is fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a big plus, and other languages are an advantage
- has a keen interest in marketing and events
- brings some experience in events and/or hospitality, or has worked with high-profile clients and/or in the luxury industry
- demonstrates strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with great attention to detail
- can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and think outside the box

- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset

Start Date: August 2026

Your program
This paid internship will last 12 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
