Power Tools Accessories is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor’s degrees who want to complete a Master’s degree. After the Bachelor’s degree, the first phase provides up to 12 months’ practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Master’s course and includes additional events and seminars as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
Job Description
- Part of the cross functional purpose team in the business unit supporting preparation and implementing regional product launches
- Contact to Marketing function in the country sales organizations supporting the design and implementation of sales & marketing strategy in Western Europe based on user- and channel needs
- Support in gaining and providing user and market insights through competitor and market analysis
- Part of international project teams working with agile working methods like scrum and design thinking
- Assistance in price positioning and promotions for existing and new products
Qualifications
- Successful completed Bachelor in Business Administration or comparable studies
- First work experience ideally in Marketing & Sales departments of an international company
- Self-motivated personality with ability to take initiative and responsibility
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Good analytical competences
- Assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
- Good spoken and written English and German skills
