Your role

Are you interested in the topics of digitalization, marketplaces and ecosystems and their impact on our banking business today and tomorrow? Do you want to get insights on the dynamics of digital platforms and marketplaces?

We are looking for someone like to

  • participate in the ideation of an E2E data structuring and analytics. This includes e.g. the implementation of data driven solutions, the generation of reports & analysis or the structuring of data along multiple data sources
  • interact with various internal & external stakeholders to assess business requirements needs from a data & analytics perspective and translate them into meaningful data / reporting solutions. Stakeholders include e.g. digital acquisition, legal / WeKo, partnerships, advisory & sales or the IT
  • drive own data & analytics projects and support the senior project manager in the daily work
  • enable the communication across crews for data & analytics dependencies
  • support the strategy shaping of the DP&M data & analytics area, ensuring a future-proof set-up
  • be a proactive team player, an out-of-the box thinker with a can-do attitude dedicated to “facts & figures”, digital innovation and agile way of working

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business. As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective. Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working as part of the Digital Platforms & Marketplaces business area, based in Zürich. We are responsible for digital business transformation, particularly in the field of ecosystems and lending platforms.

Your expertise

You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • strong analytical and conceptual skills, autonomous, creative mind set and structured way of working
  • an authentic interest for real estate, lending and platforms & ecosystems
  • excellent German and English (written and oral)
  • committed, self-motivated, resilient and able to work towards tight deadlines
  • solid communication and organizational skills
  • profound MS Office Skills, in particular Excel, incl. VBA and PowerPoint
  • ideally experience, to some degree, in agile project management, Power BI, programming, statistical techniques and / or data structuring

We would like to also see evidence that you are:

  • a self-starter, resourceful & dynamic
  • communicative, independent and proactive personality
