🎪About your stand presence
Please refer to the confirmation of participation you received after your registration for details of your booking (information on stand size, booking with/without modular stand, with/without furniture, electricity, etc.).
Are you bringing your own stand or having it set up by a stand construction partner or alternatively have you booked a modular stand through Andreas Messerli AG? Here is some information:
- A maximum construction height is not specified in Halle 550.
- The modular stands have a height of 2.5 metres.
- Hall flooring: concrete
❗Back and side walls must be covered (no visible cables, etc.). Please keep aisles between the stands clear during assembly and dismantling so that other stand constructors can pass by.
❗Logos from a height of 2.5m that look towards your neighbouring stands should be avoided. We reserve the right to cover these in the event of a complaint.
Please order (additional) furniture until 29 September 2025 directly via the order form of our stand construction partner Andreas Messerli AG (if not already ordered at the time of booking).
Andreas Messerli AG will be happy to advise you on customised stand presentations, e.g. graphics on exhibition walls, screen rental, etc.

❗Andreas Messerli AG reserves the right to charge a surcharge of 50% of the value of the goods for late orders and orders placed on the day of the exhibition on site.
A power connection is not included in your stand space or module stand and must be ordered separately by 29 September 2025 for CHF 300. A type 13 power connection (10A, 230V) is suitable for simple use, e.g. for charging several tablets or laptops using multiple plugs.
A CEE16A power connection can be ordered on request to power several large appliances (screen, coffee machine, etc.).
Empties and stand construction materials may not be stored on site without a storage space booking. Please order storage space by 29 September 2025 for CHF 100/m2.
You are free to have the stand constructor take the empties with him and store them temporarily in the lorry (free of charge). It is the responsibility of the lorry driver to find a suitable parking space (e.g. at a nearby service area).
Number of staff at the stand
- 2 to 3 persons for stand areas of 4 to 12 m2
- 3 to 6 persons (or more) for stand areas larger than 12 m2
Type of staff at the stand
People who can give as concrete an insight as possible into everyday student life and answer questions about the degree programmes, e.g. heads of degree programmes, students and former students, people who can provide information about course content and procedures, have proved particularly useful.
We will be happy to create your name badges free of charge. Please return the Excel sheet with the names of the stand personnel by 23 October 2025. Your own name badges are also permitted.
So that we can better estimate the catering requirements and avoid food waste, we ask you to pre-order the hot lunch menu by 16 October 2025 via this link.
There will be enough hot and cold food for all exhibitors, even if you spontaneously want to bring more company representatives. Cold food (sandwiches, salads, snacks) and drinks (soft drinks, coffee, tea) will be provided without pre-ordering.
ℹ️ We reserve the right to adjust the catering offer according to availability and thank you for your understanding if the entire offer is no longer available towards the end of the catering times.
A free WLAN, suitable for simple use (accessing websites, e-mails) is available. However, we would like to point out that the network coverage is limited and high usage (access by many users at the same time) can lead to a slow connection. You will receive the access data for the free WLAN on site. If you need a more powerful internet connection for which the free WiFi is not sufficient, you can order private access. Price on request.

The aim of study and career counselling sessions is to provide visitors with a neutral overview of further education options.
The counselling sessions last 20 minutes each with 10-minute breaks between the individual appointment slots.
- Start of first counselling session: 10:15 am
We will allocate the counsellors tables and visitors appointments to the slots on site (now via online tool). Lunch breaks will be organised by us in advance. Additional counselling breaks can be arranged on site with the person responsible for the administration of appointments (if possible).

You will receive the presentation programme with time, location, title, speaker, etc. of your presentation from our Marketing & Communications department.
Give interested visitors an insight into your Master's and continuing education programmes during your presentation.

- Technology: Screen, laptop (Windows), slide changer (presenter).

Delivery on the set-up day
A delivery slot must be booked in advance (by 23 October 2025) for deliveries on the set-up day (29 October 2025). Select an available delivery slot in the delivery zone allocated to you from the schedule overview and reserve the slot by e-mail at kimberly.lippuner@talendo.ch. Stands with their own stand construction partner are allocated slots of 60 minutes each, smaller and medium-sized stands 30 minutes.
A deposit of CHF 100 must be paid and the mobile phone number of the driver of the vehicle must be registered on site for each vehicle that drives up to Halle 550 on the set-up day. The deposit will be refunded if the delivery slot times are adhered to.
Delivery on the morning of the fair
Deliveries on the morning of the fair are permitted for a maximum of 10 minutes until 09:30 am via delivery zone A on Gleisstrasse. Please inform us in advance of any deliveries on the morning of the fair (name of company & telephone number of driver).
Modular stand
The modular stands are set up by Andreas Messerli AG and can be set up on the set-up day from 04:30 to 08:00 pm or on the morning of the fair from 07:00 to 09:30 am.
Your own stand
Set-up on 29 October 2025 from 09:00 am to 08:00 pm or on 30 October 2025 from 07:00 to 09:30 am.
After the end of the fair
Dismantling is from 04:00 - 08:00 pm. All material must be removed from the hall immediately after the trade fair on the exhibitor's own responsibility.
Collection by courier
Please provide your material packed and inform the Kimberly Lippuner if you are no longer on site at the time of collection.
Parcels/consignments must be provided with the necessary labels and franking.

Hall 550 can be reached in a few minutes from the Zurich-Affoltern or Zurich City motorway exit. Hall 550 has no car park. However, there are several public car parks within walking distance. The recommended car parks are Cityport, Center Eleven, Jungholz, Octavo and Accu. We recommend travelling by public transport.
By public transport
Halle 550 is easily accessible by public transport and is only a 5-10 minute walk from Zurich-Oerlikon railway station.

A guarded wardrobe is available free of charge for company representatives at the entrance (also for luggage).

Catering times
- Coffee, cold snacks and drinks are available from 07:30 am until the end of the fair
- 11:30 am to 02:30 pm: Hot lunch

After the fair, there will be an aperitif from 04:00 - 05:00 pm in a relaxed atmosphere for exhibitors to network and exchange ideas with each other.

Your stand space is not carpeted unless you have booked a modular stand or a mini package (2x2m). The entire hall has an industrial hall floor made of concrete with metal elements.

Our recommendations are based on experience. You are free to decide how many staff you bring to the fair. It is popular with exhibitors to divide the staff into two shifts.
The name badges give you access to the exhibitor catering. They are not required for access to the exhibition centre or the hall. We will be happy to create your name badges if required. Simply return this Excel sheet to us. Your own name badges are also permitted.
There is no access control at the entrance. Your colleagues therefore do not need any means of identification (ID, ticket, badge etc.).
You do not need a delivery slot for deliveries on the morning of the fair (30 October 2025). Deliveries on the morning of the fair are permitted for a maximum of 10 minutes until 09:30 am via delivery zone A on Gleisstrasse. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of any deliveries on the morning of the fair (name of company & telephone number of driver).
For smaller and medium-sized stands, it is usually sufficient to set up the stand on the morning of the fair so that deliveries do not have to be made the day before.
A delivery slot must be booked in advance for deliveries on the set-up day (29 October 2025). Stands with their own stand construction partner (usually from 12m2) are allocated slots of 60 minutes each, smaller and medium-sized stands (4-12m2) slots of 30 minutes each.
You do not need a delivery slot for deliveries on the morning of the fair (30 October 2025). Deliveries are possible from 07:00 - 09:30 am for a maximum of 10 minutes and are regulated by security staff.
For smaller and medium-sized stands, it is usually sufficient to set up the stand on the morning of the fair so that deliveries do not have to be made the day before.
Access for the delivery and collection of materials is via Gleisstrasse (delivery zone A) or Ricarda-Huch-Strasse (delivery zone B). You can find out which delivery zone is more suitable for you at ➡️Plan delivery zones.

The catering offer on the day of the fair includes drinks (mineral water, soft drinks, coffee and tea), cold dishes (sandwiches, salad, snacks) and, if possible, a hot lunch menu.

The hall is locked overnight, but not specially guarded by security personnel. We are not aware of any cases of theft or vandalism.
If any material (give-aways such as flyers, sweets, pens, etc.) is left over at the end of the fair, it is the responsibility of your stand personnel to take this material back with them or have it collected by a courier or the post office. It is essential that you organise the return shipment or collection by courier in advance; this cannot be done on site. Any material left behind will be disposed of.
There is a possibility that company representatives may be filmed or photographed. By participating, company representatives accept that the recordings may be used for both reporting and advertising purposes. If this is not desired, the staff at the infodesk must be informed before entering the event.
