🎪 About your stand presence
Please refer to the confirmation of praticipation you received after your registration for details of your booking (information on stand size, booking with/without modular stand, with/without furniture, electricity, etc.).
You bring your own stand or have it constructed by a stand construction partner or alternatively have booked a modular stand through Andreas Messerli AG? Below you find some information:
– The maximum construction height is 7.5 meters.
– Room hight: 10 meters
– The modular stands have a height of 2.5 meters.
– Hall flooring: concrete
➡️ The floor plan can be found in the download area.
❗Back and side walls must be covered (no visible cables, etc.). Please keep aisles between the stands clear during set-up and dismantling so that other stand constuctors can pass by.
❗Logos from a height of 2.5m, which look towards your neighbouring stands, should be avoided. We reserve the right to cover these in the event of a complaint.
Please order (additional) furniture by 15th February 2025 directly via the order form of our stand construction partner Andreas Messerli AG (if not already ordered at the time of booking). Andreas Messerli AG will be happy to advise you on customised stand presentations, e.g. graphics on exhibition walls, screen rental, etc.
Andreas Messerli AG, Markus Leuzinger: +41 43 931 43 65, markus.leuzinger@messerli.live
❗Andreas Messerli AG reserves the right to charge a surcharge of 50% of the value of the goods for late orders and orders placed on the day of the fair.
A power connection is not included in your stand space or modular stand and must be ordered additionally by 15th February 2025 for CHF 300 (if not already ordered at the time of booking). A type 13 power connection (10A, 230V) is suitable for simple use, e.g. for charging several tablets or laptops using multiple plugs.
A CEE16A power connection can be ordered on request to power several large appliances (screen, coffee machine, etc.).
Empty packaging and construction materials may not be stored on site without a storage space booking. Please order storage space for CHF 100/m2 by 14th March 2025 (if not already ordered at the time of booking).
You are free to have the stand constructor take the empty packaging with him and store them temporarily in the truck (free of charge). It is the truck driver's responsibility to find a suitable parking space (e.g. at a nearby rest area).
Number of persons at the stand (recommendation)
– 2 to 3 people for stands between 4 and 12m2
– 3 to 6 people (or more) for stands larger than 12m2
Profile of staff at the stand
People who give as concrete an insight as possible into working life and who can answer questions about the positions to be filled, e.g. sector managers, HR managers, young professionals/alumni, trainees, potential team members or superiors, are particularly popular.
We will be happy to prepare your badges free of charge. Please return the Excel sheet with the names of the staff present on the stand by 14th March 2025. You can also use your company badges.
A free Wi-Fi network, suitable for simple use (consulting websites, e-mail) is available. Please note, however, that network coverage is limited and heavy use (access by many users at the same time) may result in a slow connection. Access details for free Wi-Fi will be provided on site.
If you need more powerful internet access, for which free Wi-Fi is not enough, you can order private access. Prices on request.
So that we can better estimate the catering requirements and avoid food waste, we ask you to pre-order the warm vegetarian lunch menu (if desired) by 10th March 2025 via this link.
There will be enough hot and cold food for all exhibitors, even if you spontaneously want to bring more company representatives. Cold food (sandwiches, salads, snacks) and drinks (soft drinks, coffee) will be provided without pre-ordering.
ℹ️ We reserve the right to adjust the catering offer according to availability and thank you for your understanding if the entire offer is no longer available towards the end of the catering times.

At the Company Catwalk, the participating companies introduce themselves to the students for 1 minute. Score points with a creative introduction to the trade fair visitors and give them an exciting starting point for subsequent discussions. The aim is to stand out from other exhibitors and increase the quantity and quality of visitors to your stand.
Examples of a convincing presentation:
- Emphasise USPs: What makes your company unique?
- Share corporate culture: Show values, way of working, team spirit
- Contribute personal experiences: Success stories or inspiring anecdotes
- Explain your field of activity: What your team works on and why it is exciting
What to avoid:
- Only emphasise benefits: Good salary, lots of holidays, etc.
- Remain impersonal: unapproachable presentation
- Stay too abstract: Avoid empty phrases without tangible examples
Participation in the Company Catwalk is not obligatory, but requires prior booking for logistical reasons. If you have booked the Company Catwalk but do not wish to take part, please inform us in good time.

There is no access control at the entrance. Your colleagues therefore do not need any means of identification (ID, badge, etc.).
