To support our Customer Experience Team at IWC Schaffhausen’s headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an

(M/F/X - 100%)

In this challenging internship, which is part of our Direct-to-Consumer Department, you work within headquarters projects and are in contact with our international platforms, giving this assignment a global dimension.

Start: November 2023

Duration: 6 Months


Support the DTC Team at the headquarters in the following tasks:

  • Support in coaching & training tools, content, roadmap, tracking, feedback coordination, etc., plus workshops
  • Support in the creation and further development of existing coaching & training content
  • Taking the lead on the intranet DTC Channel, including podcasts and video content creation
  • Support in Watches and Wonders client activations
  • Support the line manager and additional team needs in administration, budgeting, reporting and new project management, etc.


  • Student or graduate of University / FH in a relevant field
  • Team player with excellent project management skills
  • Dedicated and highly motivated individual with a high affinity for our brand and strong enthusiasm for our products
  • Flexible with a hands-on mentality and tech-savvy
  • Very strong digital tool knowledge and at ease with different software solutions, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Being familiar with audio/video creation tools is an asset
  • Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal communication), other languages are a plus
