To support our Brand Experience Team we are looking for a

PROJECT MANAGER EXHIBITION EXPERIENCE 100%

Duration: 7 months (Maternity cover)
Start: Mid-September 2024

In the role of Project Manager Exhibition Experience you are responsible for the development, implementation and ROI-tracking of exhibition projects of all kinds such as Special Exhibitions, Roadshows and Pop-Ups globally. You work with the Trade Marketing Creation Team, with agencies and the marketing representatives of IWC’s global markets and report to the Associate Director Brand Experience.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

  • Development, implementation and monitoring of IWC exhibitions and Roadshows globally
  • Project management: Smooth, efficient and profitable project completion on budget and time
  • Handling of all topics related to exhibition projects such as briefing, supplier-negotiation, operational setup, exhibition-staff, logistics
  • Definition and monitoring of KPIs and targets to ensure maximized performance and continuous optimization of individually developed features
  • Management of maintenance and updates existing exhibition kits
  • Handling of SAP processes

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

  • Business degree with a major in Management, Retail or Marketing
  • Experience in project management, ideally from exhibitions or trade fair sector
  • Strong project management skills
  • Full business proficiency in English
  • Proactive attitude combined with a hands-on mentality and a very service-oriented mindset
  • Exact, insistent and dainty way of working with a strong eye for details
  • Highly stress-resistant personality that easily communicates in an international environment
