Your role
Are you interested in our business relationships with third party Banks and have high risk awareness? We’re looking for someone like that to support our Client & Business Enablement team for the client segment Banks and regulated Brokers as well as UBS Branches & Subsidiaries:
- Assist the team in regular Due Diligence / Know-Your-Customer (KYC) reviews and various related tasks
- Assist with monitoring tasks such as cash positions and other controls and reportings
- Coordinate and collaborate with Client Relationship Directors and other internal partners and stakeholders (e.g. Client Onboarding, Risk Management, Legal & Compliance, Product Specialists)
- Generate new ideas to enhance efficiency of recurring tasks and identify process optimization
- Support the team in revising and creating process descriptions

Your team
You’ll be working in the Client & Business Enablement Banks team in Institutional & Multinational Banking. Our team is comprised of Business Managers, Business Analysts and Client Managers. We work as experts to enable a smooth KYC process from A to Z. Further responsibilities range from improvement and maintenance of the Banks product shelf, driving the strategic agenda and leading projects in accordance with the priorities defined by the business sector / area. We offer hybrid working arrangements and the opportunity to work in a very dynamic, multi-cultural and highly motivated team within a changing but challenging environment.
Your expertise
You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- An education in Banking and Finance is a plus
- A flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- Keen interest for the client segment Banks and the related products and processes, ideally with previous experience in due diligence or compliance
- Good judgment when dealing with sensitive information
- Excellent German and English (written and oral)
