Consultant / Senior Consultant – Global Mobility Services

Your contribution to KPMG
- Prepare and review Swiss tax returns with international exposure, tax equalization calculations and tax projections for individuals
- Prepare and review correspondence with tax authorities in relation to tax notices and/or audits for individuals/expatriates
- Advise clients on a wide range of Swiss tax issues including tax residence matters, cross-border tax implications, social security matters, taxable benefits and tax reconciliation processes
- Consult on international tax and social security matters, prepare Swiss tax returns, give payroll advice and support the management of some of our biggest accounts
- Support in discussions/negotiations with the tax authorities regarding tax rulings, tax appeals and complex tax situations
- Communicate with individual taxpayers and other KPMG offices, as well as HR and Payroll contacts at our corporate clients
- Take part in the preparation of engagement letters, offers to clients, invoicing clients
This is what makes you successful
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any field. We welcome and value diverse academic backgrounds
- A strong interest in tax matters and ideally a first experience in individual Swiss tax, with a Big 4 or consulting background in Switzerland
- Seeking individuals who are innovative, quick learners, thrive on challenges, and are eager to work for a leader in global mobility
- Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service, excellent organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Leadership and willingness to train younger team members and excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate strong team spirit and able to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in French and in English. A good level in another language would be an asset
