Your role

Are you passionate for transformation with a focus on the financial services industry? Do you want to work side by side with UBS management to solve strategic challenges? Do you enjoy collaborating with multinational and cross-functional teams? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • contribute to projects or workstreams within programs, solving some of the most exciting problems for our internal clients
  • support in workshops, meetings, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, data analysis and solution design as part of both client projects and internally-focused initiatives
  • engage in ongoing tracking and review of project health and performance, reporting progress and recommending changes projects with the project manager and the involved team
  • work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution
  • actively contribute to the development of Group Internal Consulting

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in Group Internal Consulting (GIC) in Switzerland, Zürich. We are a dynamic, driven and diverse team with over 750 colleagues present in 5 regions across the globe. As part of the firm’s Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration and change across UBS, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals. Our focus is on delivering high quality services, with fast onboarding, leveraging institutional knowledge. We offer our consultants a diverse portfolio of projects. Your expertise

You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • a good understanding of banking business and financial markets
  • good communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • strong analytical skills with balance of logical problem solving and innovative thinking
  • a delivery focused, strong hands-on and independent, pro-active personality
  • good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • fluency in English, other languages are a plus (German required for some assignments)
