To support our Brand Experience Department we are looking for an

INTERN TRADE MARKETING ASSETS (100%)

Duration: 6 Months
Start: December 2024

As Intern Trade Marketing Assets you will be supporting Trade Marketing for all merchandise, content, and asset creation tasks.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

• Operational and administrative support with various projects within the Printed Material & Gifts Department (contact suppliers for projects, purchase order creation, collaborate with design team, etc.).
• Coordination of imagery and assets production for marketing department.
• Cross functional coordination among different marketing department for imagery production.
• OCP (asset management) platform coordination and uploads.
• SAP platform logistical support.
• Market orders collection and delivery support for all printed material and gifts.
• Attend weekly alignment meetings to discuss merchandise projects with creative team and support/lead project management with suppliers for print and merchandise materials.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or similar field.
• Project management skills with a hands-on mentality.
• SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
• Open and communicative and able to work in an international and challenging environment.
• Strong organizational and resources management (time and budget) skills.
• Structured way of working, autonomous and detail oriented.
• Proficient English language skills, French or German is a plus.
