About the position

We are looking for Trainees starting September 2025 for a 12-month program. Top performers may be offered full-time roles as Business Analysts or Consultants right after the program or within a year of finishing studies.

How You can Make an Impact

• Work with our clients to modernize their data landscape using next generation cloud-enabled platforms and (Gen)AI technology to deliver high quality actionable insights
• Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance, and the integration of internal and external data
• Leverage traditional data visualization and next generation algorithms to generate predictions and insights from structured and unstructured data, and augment decision-making
• Jointly develop data strategies that allow our clients to reach their objectives ranging from satisfying regulatory requirements to improving customer experience by leveraging the power of modern data stack
• Guide clients in executing complex data transformations that have organizational and cultural implications and require data-driven mindset

Who We Are Looking For

• You have a strong academic background, preferably with a degree in Science, Information Technology, or another quantitative field
• You have a strong drive for excellence and high career ambitions
• You have gained first relevant practical data-related and/or consulting-like experience through internships/traineeships and enjoy working methodically and with great attention to detail.
• You grasp new concepts quickly and are both client and goal oriented
• You can manage multiple activities and are used to work in high pace environment
• You’re fluent English, fluency in German and/or French highly preferred
• You show a foundational understanding of at least one of the following disciplines - data management, data platforms, data analytics & (Gen)AI
• Practical experience with SQL, Python/Spark, GenI, and Cloud Data Platforms is highly beneficial
